These terms govern your use of this website (jr.studio) and any inquiry you send through it. This site is operated by JR Studio LLC ("JR Studio," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

JR Studio is a creative art consulting agency. Our services include artist management and consulting, brand and web development for creatives, brokering brand partnerships, investing in the production and growth of artists' work, and the acquisition, sale, and placement of original works of art.

The website is informational

This website describes our practice and lets you get in touch. It does not sell products, take orders, or complete transactions online. Any engagement between you and JR Studio — including any purchase, sale, consignment, or placement of a work of art, and any consulting or partnership arrangement — is governed by a separate written agreement between the parties, not by this site.

Engagements, fees & payment

• Scope, fees, deposits, timelines, and deliverables are set out in the applicable engagement letter, proposal, or agreement.
• Fees may take the form of retainers, project fees, commissions, or agreed investment terms, as stated in that agreement.
• Unless the agreement says otherwise, fees for work performed are earned when performed and are non-refundable. Cancellation and refund terms, if any, are those stated in the agreement.

Works of art

Where we advise on, buy, sell, or place original works, all descriptions, attributions, condition, provenance, and pricing are handled in the relevant transaction documents. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a specific work, a guarantee of value or authenticity, or investment advice.

Intellectual property

The JR Studio name, this site, and its content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Artists and brands referenced remain the owners of their respective names, marks, and works.

Confidentiality

We keep our relationships and our clients' business private. Information you share with us in an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JR Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
